
Fitness: The trip is undertaken mainly on foot, in hot and humid conditions. The humid climate can be quite tiring. Clients need to be in good physical shape as we can wake up early and go to bed late sometimes after a long day's hike or boat ride, and only those in good physical condition should attempt it.

Payment:The stay’s fare is paid as follows: 10% when booking, 4 months before the journey; if the trip is cancelled the fees are not reimbursable; 90% before your arrival.
Weather & climatic conditions: One can expect hot and humid conditions , and there is a chance of short, sharp downpours. The Nouabalé-Ndoki National Park straddles the Congolo -Equatorial and sub -equatorial climatic zones, and is characterised by alternating wet and dry seasons. The main dry season runs from December to February, while the main rainy season begins in August and ends in November. There is also a small rainy season in May. In total there are about 120 rainy days per year, with an average daily temperature of 26°C, which seldom varies throughout the year.
Photography: Lighting conditions will vary considerably during your trip. Remember, too that you will be carrying your camera, so do not bring too much equipment. The location of the viewing platforms and expected distances to game require a large (over 500mm lens ) and tripod to get good shots. Binoculars are a must.
Travelling responsible: We care about the places and people

Passport: Well before travelling, please ensure that you
have a current passport, with an accurate photo, that is valid for at least
six months after your scheduled return home. Also check that your airline
tickets are in exactly the same name as in your passport. Some countries may
require that you have a return air ticket, or have sufficient funds to purchase
such a ticket.
Visas: To apply to the nearest Congolese consulate outside
of the Congo , we can also assist you on a special request.
Visas can be arranged upon arrival and this would cost 60 euros.
Insurance: On all our holidays you must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers you for medical costs associated with hospitalisation, emergency travel and repatriation back to your home country. Please take your insurance policy with you when you travel.
Vaccinations: Vaccination certificate (yellow fever), preventive
malaria treatment two weeks before entering the Congo.
CUSTOMS: Private
luggage (camera,…) are duty free. To departure, art item
(curious) are charged of 40 euros (any quantity).

Any amount of money is allowed t o carry into the country, but foreigner currency
are submitted to an official claiming at the borderlines.
